Most-Anticipated Cars of 2015

With the year 2014 about to end, car owners and enthusiasts are already craving for a bevy of newer and better vehicles that will come out in 2015. Suffice to say that they will make both drivers and onlookers drool.

Alfa Romeo 4C

After a long hiatus, Alfa Romeo returns with a low-slung mid-engine 4C sports coupe. The curvaceous body would make it stand out among a sea of similar vehicles. Although it only has a 1.7 liter 237hp turbocharged engine, it can still hit 60 mph in the mid-four-second range, as it’s made of carbon fiber, aluminum and composite materials, all of which are lightweight.

Chevrolet Colorado/GMC Canyon

What’s new with this midsize pickup? It has a standard 2.5 liter 193hp 4-cylinder engine and an alternate 3.6 liter V6 302hp engine. Towing capacity also increased to 6,700 pounds, enabling it to pull a decent-sized boat or camper. Available in extended cab and 4-door crew cab, the Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon is one pickup to pick up.

Chevrolet Corvette Z06

This model is an improvement of the Chevy Corvette Stingray, taking performance to new heights. With a new 6.2 liter supercharged V8 engine that sends 625hp to the rear wheels, there’s little doubt what the Z06 can do. Its improved aerodynamics is courtesy of a Z07 Performance Package. Along with the Brembo carbon ceramic-matrix brake rotors and Michelin Pilot Super Sport Cup tires, this baby takes driving to a whole new level.

Ford F150

When it comes to trucks, the Ford F150 remains an industry leader. This full-size pickup truck is now lighter in weight because of the lightweight materials it uses, including aluminum. This gave way to fuel economy, which is a factor most drivers are looking for these days. In terms of capabilities, the F150 is anything but light. With 2015 just around the car, anticipation on these drool-worthy vehicles is building up. Can’t wait? Well, you’re not the only one.
