Fiat Panda Antartica | Sochi, Russia

The Panda to Sochi, officially launched at the Mirafiori Motor Village in Turin, starring the Panda 4×4 Antartica, a special limited edition created to celebrate 30 years of this four wheel drive bestseller, selling more than 500,000 cars. The program is aimed at young readers in large urban centers, who not only love fashion, sports and music trends, but interested in the world of art and culture. Present at the launch event was distinguished athletes FIAT Freestyle Team, which will take part in the trip as drivers interchangeably.

During the journey the team will make stops in 16 different European sites, some of which are unknown to the general public, in order to meet the most unique aspects of the local culture. A group of photographers and cameramen will also capture the adventures of a group of some landmarks, such as Dracula’s castle in Transylvania and the Potemkin Stairs in Ukraine, or spectacular geographical locations such as Mont Blanc and Lake Geneva.

Basis of adventure is the Panda 4×4 Antartica with 0.9 TwinAir Turbo petrol engine of 85 hp, which has two tone bodywork and some special features like gray finish on 15 alloy wheels, orange caps on the hubs of the wheels, fog lights, tinted windows, mirrors orange caps and a special mark on the central pillar.

The interior features elegant gray with orange trim and configuration flexibility since the three rear seats divided by 60/40 with folding backrest. The 4×4 system has Antartica torque on demand for torque distribution depending on the circumstances, ESC and electronic locking differential as standard equipment.
