The new Chevrolet Corvette Stingray
With an advance from the market debut, Chevrolet has announced the pricing and equipment of the new Corvette Stingray, the seventh generation of American sports that debuted at the Detroit Motor Show 2013. The price of the Corvette Stingray will start in Europe from € 70.990 while the arrival at dealerships is set for next fall. The coupe will offer the American series of the Z51 performance package which includes the electronic limited slip differential, shock absorbers, springs, stabilizer bars, specific gear ratios, the dry sump lubrication system, cooling for the differential, front transmission brakes and wider rear discs with respectively 345 and 338 millimeters in addition to the 19 inch front and 20 inch rear discs.

Part of the package are also a set of aerodynamic solutions to improve stability at high speeds, the traction performance management, performance exhaust system and renewed magnetic ride control suspension which has a setting specially designed for European roads.

The rest of the features are in line with the figures released already at the time of presentation with the presence of the 6.2 liter LT1 V8 engine mated to a seven speed manual with active rev matching that can provide 460 horsepower and 630 Nm of torque. There is also the standard MyLink multimedia system with an 8 inch screen, USB connection, SD Card inputs and auxiliary jack.
