The FIAT 500 in a 1957 version

FIAT introduced the 1957 special edition of 500, which borrows quite retro elements from the historic model, and will be built in limited units for the U.S. market. The FIAT 500, 1957 Edition was built to honor the first 500W launched in 1957 in Italy and is distinguished from the retro features, such as wheels, roof and the legendary logos. Based armament package Lounge at the new 500 and will be offered in three different colors… white, light green and light blue.

The 16 inch wheels have a retro color in the outer body, and a small splash of color, while in the center distinguished logo FIAT. Of course, the retro elements continues inside the special edition since the brown shades with white investments refer to the historical model. The FIAT decided to offer a special version of the familiar 500, 1,4 MultiAir 100 bhp engine, combining it with a manual 5 speed gearbox. Optional equipment is 6 gearbox automatic transmission.

The FIAT 500 1957 Edition will arrive in dealerships in America in the spring of next year, when the famous car has its 57th birthday.
