Called the most powerful, beautiful and dynamic Rolls Royce ever built, the Rolls Royce Wraith after its debut at the Geneva Motor Show is again shown in a big way during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show casting a spell with its noble charm to the viewers and insiders. This new model of the Spirit of Ecstasy contains all the features of refinement, luxury and opulence that distinguish other models in the range Rolls but at the same time adds a sporting spirit that is unprecedented in this type of cars that will aim to win a new slice of the market characterized by a wealthy clientele of lower average age than the one that usually buys the car RR.

Design: Majestic like a Queen
With 5.269 mm long, 1.947 mm wide, 1.507 mm high and with a pitch of 3.112 mm, the Wraith adds to the current stylistic canons of the noble English brand an unexpected grit accentuated by some aesthetic details such as the generous hips and massive tail, slender but which link up harmoniously with the taut lines of the rest of the body. As per tradition, the cockpit of the Wraith boasts beautiful meticulously maintained and luxurious stirring so superb a series of extremely fine and rare materials. The coatings of the interior are complemented by excellent quality leather while the dashboard and door panels feature Canadel Panelling inserts, a wood that takes its name from the French bay Le Canadel located on the French Riviera.

The amazing thing is that this extraordinary car is combined with the classical solutions that are particularly original such as the roof lining adorned with a spectacular lighting system called Starlight Headliner. 1.340 fiber optic lights obviously hand sewn by the artisans of the House of Goodwood capable of giving the sensation of watching a fantastic and romantic starry sky. The interior which is accessed through doors equipped with electric opening and closing brace, has been designed to accommodate in total suppleness four passengers. The rears are accommodated on two individual seats separated by a console containing mini bar and commands of the multimedia system able to control numerous functions including that of the dedicated air conditioning.

Mechanics: The most powerful Rolls ever
As mentioned earlier the Wraith is the most powerful Rolls Royce ever made in history. Under the hood of the car delivers the powerful 6.6 liter V12 biturbo engine capable of developing 624 hp and 800 Nm or 63 hp and 20 Nm of torque more than the Ghost equipped with the same engine. The generous power and torque download monstrous rear wheel drive via a change of ZF eight speed automatic. In this way the Wraith accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in just 4.4 seconds despite a dry weight of no less than 2.360 kg.
