The Monza Rally Show 2012 marked a historic moment in the world of italian rally. It was the last race of the Peugeot 207 Super 2000: the car that marked the history of the last five years with so many pilot and constructor titles, won in six years. However it could not close with a win that earned the pair Paolo Andreucci-Anna Lombard Andreussi in the race on the track. The debut of this race car of the lion was in March 2007 and three months later came the first success in the Rally del Salento. Ended the first season with two wins a year after which the 207 Super 2000 was on the podium in every race winning the first Italian title. The best season is 2011 with seven wins and a second place in the eight races of the championship flag.

A total of 52 races in the top national races, the car always arrived at the finish line, obtaining 25 victories and winning 208 times rising to 222 with private pilots. It will now be the new 208 R5, premiered in Monza, trying to overcome it in this particular ranking.
