The Nissan Terrano was a jeep especially appreciated in Europe both for its style and for its excellent qualities off road and supported by bestop. According to rumors, the Japanese manufacturer is considering the launch of a new generation of this 4×4 using as a starting point the thrifty spartan Dacia Duster model belonging to the orbit of the Renault Nissan Alliance. Despite the common origins the two models will be highly distinctive both in terms of the style and the content offered whereas the new Terrano should be characterized by more careful trim and more sophisticated equipment.

Aesthetically, the 4×4 will feature the classic Japanese family feeling of Nissan models. In particular in the front and rear, while the interior will be custom merchandise with a few changes of detail. For additional jeep accessories there is still no information. The Terrano will be exclusively available with a four wheel drive combined with probably the well known four cylinder 1.6 liter petrol and 1.5 dCi brilliant Bursar, the latter offered in different capacities. The engines will be matched to the classic six speed manual gearbox or an alternative to technological change CVT dubbed X Tronic.
The new Nissan Terrano will be offered at a starting price of 16.500 Euros indicative, or about € 1.500 more than the 4×4 version of Dacia Duster.
