On the flip side
Verna does lose out to competition when it comes to high speed handling capacity. Other sedans in its category also outperform it in auto dynamics and suspension set up, thus making it a less suitable option for driving on uneven roads, as you will feel every bump. On the other hand, its low speed steering makes it a good choice for negotiating city traffic. Furthermore, its four-speed automatic gearbox falls short of the segment prerequisite of five-speed gearbox.

Great style, superior performance, cozy interiors, and competitive pricing make Hyundai Verna one of the top sellers in its segment. However, this does not discount its less than impressive high-speed ride. Nonetheless, good low speed ride, the extensive list of features available, and good low speed ride override this slight shortfall, especially for city dwellers who want light steering to negotiate city traffic. If you are looking for a well-packaged car that makes heads turn when you take it out for a spin, Verna is the right choice for you
