Bentley Mulsanne 2013 | Two new accessory packages available
Bentley has released the first official pictures of the Mulsanne model year 2013 dedicated to the luxurious and opulent English flagship which will be officially unveiled on March at the Geneva Motor Show. The improvements that have affected the British superberlina relate almost exclusively to the interior of the car with the exception of three new liveries dedicated to the bodywork and baptized Cashmere, Portofino and Bowness. The Mulsanne also debuted two new accessory packages called Comfort and Entertainment Specification: the first is characterized by particularly advanced technological equipment which includes, among other things, a large 8 inch LCD screen installed in the center of the dashboard, a DVD player, the sophisticated Naim hi-fi with a 20 GB hard disk, while the precious wood rear tables embedded in the driver and passenger seats can accommodate two iPad with wireless keyboard. The Comfort Package Specification aims to “spoil” the lucky occupants of the Mulsanne with valuable headrest, footrest and cushions made of soft goose down. For managers always working or for those who simply want to remain “connected”, the noble English House provides on request a wi-fi router while the rear has been converted into a novel compartment to store your electronic devices such as smartphones.

The sophisticated mechanics of the Bentley Mulsanne 2013 use the same version of the unit they replace. Under the huge bonnet of the car we find the V8 twin turbo 6.75 liters, capable of downloading the huge rear wheels – via the 8 speed automatic transmission – even 512 hp and 1020 Nm of torque. With these numbers, despite the enormous mass of 3090 kg, the Mulsanne can burn the sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.3 seconds and from 0 to 160 km/h in just 11.5 seconds, while the speed of the tip touches the wall of 300 km/h (296 km/h).
