The Ultimate Edition will host the last one hundred copies of today’s Aston Martin DBS. The Car and Driver wrote, giving further impetus to the rumors that they want the debut of the new DBS by the end of 2012: Gaydon engineers have already defined the main features of the latest DBS, paving the way for the new generation of the car lovers. The Ultimate Edition will benefit from purely DBS aesthetic devices, including a special painting process that requires 50 hours long labor work. It is expected that the DBS is going to attract a lot of proffesionals since the particular vehicle will offer class and luxury to the owners.

They will also change the wheels and some details of the car body from the much more refined result compared to standard parts that make the simple edition. It will be available in a coupe version and it will have Volante body variants.

The Ultimate Edition will be offered only with the automatic transmission, as was the case for the Carbon Black Special Edition presented at the last exhibition in Geneva. The source added from Car and Driver also reported that the DBS Ultimate should cost a few thousand dollars more than the 288,000 needed for the Carbon Black edition.
